Soyuz TMA-8/ISS-13 commander Pavel Vinogradov demonstrates Soyuz TMA-8 proposed patch and just approved official patch of Expedition-13.
From August 5, 1997 to February 19, 1998, he performed a 198-day spaceflight onboard the ???Soyuz TM??? and ???Mir??? station as the Expedition 24 prime crew flight engineer under the Mir-24/NASA 5, 6 program and worked with two American astronauts on the Russian space station MIR.
Spring 2006 Pavel Vinogradov will fly Soyuz TMA-8 to orbit and serve 6-months on board of the International Space Station with American astronaut Jeff Williams.
