Card flown on board Soyuz TMA-2 and ISS with Expedition-7 commander, cosmonaut Yuri Malenchenko. First day on board of station 28 April, 2003 Yuri Malenchenko cancelled card with three ISS handstamps: small round stamp of ISS-7 expedition, Main stamp of ISS Russian section and large round dated ISS stamp.Front and reverse sides of card commander Malenchenko autographed as well. Depicted on card artwork A SUNNY DAY AT BAIKONUR created in 1986 by artists Alexander Petrov(1947) and Yelena Korennova(1960).Artwork depicts the launching site at Baikonur frome where Yuri gagarin made the world`s first space flight. Work created by both artists as a team work.Both artists are professionals, graduates of the Moscow Higher Art and Industry School, members of the USSR Union of Artists.Participants of several exhibitions in the USSR.Many of their works have been bought by Soviet and foreign museums.
