Personal patch of Doctor-Cosmonaut Oleg Kotov has simple design with Aerospace Medicine emblem, flag of Russian Federation, Name of cosmonaut and Space Station on orbit.Reverse side autographed by O.Kotov.Patch carried on board with attached lapel pin (same design).This design was quickly created by Oleg couple months before his first space mission Soyuz TMA-10/ISS-15 and limited number of these patches and pins I produced for Oleg.Simple design has emblem of Aerospace Medicine, ISS on orbit above Earth, Flag of Russian Federation and Name of cosmonaut.Shape of patch done in form of existed patch(Oleg's favorite) from MIR-Shuttle program.
