14 and 1/4 inches wing span (exact scale 1/50) original resin hand made model from Antonov Design Burau.Made back in 1989 still Soviet period for presentations at Paris International Airshow.Includes Aviaexport (Official Soviet Airline Aircraft Exporter) brochure with detailed characteristics and technical datas of An-3 in French language (intended for airshow in Le Bourget).Info on aircraft is below: In 1959 Antonov studied versions of famous An-2 with a turboprop.Studies in 1960s were for enlarged aircraft with 1500 hp TV-2-117, but final outcome was same size project as An-2.First aircraft built in 1982 and at present this aircraft is under production to replace in future An-2 multipurpose aircraft fleet.
