Onboard pennant of Venera-7 Interplanetary station launched august 17, 1970 and same year december 15 descent module landed on Venus.This 1180 kg station same as previous Venera-5-6 carried on the job of directly measuring the physical and chemical characteristics of the venusian atmosphere on the planet`s nocturnal side.
This is one of four pennants as were placed on board of Venera-7 station.
