# ci270 Cosmonaut M.Tyurin is back to Earth

Mikhail Tyurin just turned another page in 50 years history of Cosmonautics and accomplished his second long duration flight aboard International Space Station.April 2007 after 215 days on orbit Mikhail with his crew returned back to Earth on Soyuz TMA-9.
Professional cosmonaut, brilliant engineer Misha Tyurin also known as experienced sailor, competed at all classes of sports yachts.His love to the sea and sails brought to orbit as well.During entire Expedition-14 Misha carried with him Russian Navy flag and Navy hat.During this unique flight he also performed Golf shot during EVA and founded Golf Club on orbit.Beside him as a symbolic President of the Club second member is Charles Simonyi, who returned from ISS with M.Tyurin.
