Our good friends Yuri and Katya Malenchenko spent Thanksgiving weekend with us in LA.It`s been a pleasure to have as guests this wonderful family, which started in August, when Yuri was on board of station.
Russian Air Force Colonel, MIG pilot Yuri Malenchenko returned not long ago from orbit.After flight recovery is going well and Yuri is in great shape now.In his third space mission he served as a commander of Soyuz TMA-2 and ISS-7 Russia-USA 6 months mission.Veteran cosmonaut Yuri Malenchenko already flown with Ed Lu on Shuttle to the ISS before first expedition started and also flown as commander of 125 days mission Soyuz TM-19/MIR-16 in 1994.
