17` lenght of model.Very sharp and detailed hand made model of another version of long range strategic flying-boat bomber GSB- 1957-1960 project of Leningrad Air Force engineering Academy.Project considered aircraft based on sea and lakes during possible nuclear attack from outside.On technical level of end of 50-s engineers of Academy worked on creation of plane with 8 engines VK-15M able to cover distance 14300 km with a speed 3000 km/h and flight altitude up to 20.8 km.Variant of aircraft made from titanium metal would allow with take off weight 250 tones to have speed 4500 km/h, flight range up to 15 000 km and to fly on higher altitude-28 km.
