# fc222 Soyuz TM-10/TM-11 with Akiyama flown cover

Very rare piece located in personal flight archives of Soyuz TM-10 commander Gennadiy Manakov. First commercial passenger on MIR japanese newsman Toyokhiro Akiyama, delivered to station by Soyuz TM-11 cosmonauts Afanasyev-Manarov was returned back to Earth week later with expedition crewmen Manakov and Strekalov.And this flown cover signed by all three Manakov-Strekalov-Akiyama.Japanese journalist T.Akiyama not really distributed several of his autographs.He had 3 different versions of his signatures placed on covers and photos:japanese, english and russian version. Russian version as on this cover is most rare of course.He used it only for items signed for memory to Soviet cosmonauts.Russian version reads as `Toyokhiro.A` On the top original owner of cover Gennadiy Manakov also notared in black ink `Board of station MIR, Manakov` and signed.
