Covers brought to station by Soyuz-37 team Gorbatko-Tuan.They docked with Salyut-6 on july 24 and joined main resident crews Soyuz-35 Popov and Ryumin.Each cover signed by cosmonauts of both teams and cancelled with 4 onboard handstamps on july 29: main expedition-4 Popov-Ryumin handstamp, round Soviet space mail Soyuz/Salyut-6 handstamp, pentagonal Soviet Salyut-6 and Vietnamese on board handstamp for this joint Intercosmos flight on Salyut-6. Cosmonauts Viktor Gorbatko and Pham Tuan carried mostly covers commemorating XXI Olympic Games Moscow-80.Among their task was a commemoration of this Olympiad held at first time in Socialist country.Very interesting historic pieces.
