Fuirst prototype Tu-154 flown in October 1968 and soon aircraft started service on passenger lines of Aeroflot.Production continued till 1992 and 996 all versions of Tu-154 delivered.
Aircraft also exported and operated in Afghanistan, Bulgaria, China, Cuba, Czechoslovakia, Egypt, East Germany, Hungary, Iran, Iraq, Latvia, ongolia, North Korea, Poland, Romania and Syria.
